Koh: Time to rejuvenate Gerakan with young blood (is hard to encourage the young generation to joint us now, unless we willing to change)
KUALA LUMPUR: Gerakan will focus on bringing in young blood to its leadership in the upcoming party elections and remains unshaken by the resignations of its two senior members. (i always hope this thing can be happen in our johor gerakan)
Acting Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said changes in leadership on different levels were to rejuvenate the party.(But please just not restricted in HQ, Johor also need this happen, please)
He stressed that the party would not adopt any quota system to curb the number of young leaders.(I not think gerakan have this culture anyway)
“This is what we will focus on, and I am confident that Datuk Rhina Bhar and Datuk Lee Kah Choon's resignations will not affect the party's morale,” said Koh. (who care this two politic frog, shame on their politic ethical, this is about personal too bad)
“In fact, in the past two weeks alone we have recruited some 5,000 members. This shows that Gerakan is very much alive,” he told reporters after chairing a central committee meeting in Menara PGRM here yesterday. (we also hope so)
Party vice-president and Wanita national chairman Rhina tendered her resignation on Monday, citing racial bias in the leadership.(this is bullshit)
Lee, formerly party deputy secretary-general, resigned to take up the posts of InvestPenang executive chairman and Penang Development Corporation director under the Pakatan Rakyat government last month.
When pressed for comments on Rhina's resignation, Koh said:“It was very unexpected. That is all I am going to say. The secretary-general has said the rest. We will now just focus on our party elections.” (make sure we have good brighter party future)

Jason,
If I may request, can you share your opinion/view on the departure of Lee KC?
You were clearly upset about the racial bias claim made by Rhina.
